One person, answering the phone
I'm Louis Noah. This is a one-person shop serving small businesses across the greater New Orleans area — when you call, you get the person who built your site, not an account manager.
Small businesses get sold the wrong thing
The agency market for a local plumber or dentist is split badly. At one end, a monthly retainer for "brand strategy" that never produces a phone call. At the other, a $99 template site from a company you'll never reach again.
What most owners actually need sits in between and isn't complicated: be findable on Google, have a site that loads and says what you do, answer the phone when it rings, and don't go silent for six months. Do those four things properly and you are ahead of most of your competition.
AI makes it possible for one person to deliver all four at a price a small business can actually pay. That's the whole idea. Not a robot replacing your team — a tool that lets a single operator do the work of an agency, and pass the difference on to you.

Four rules I don't bend
You own everything
Domain, files, accounts, logins, content, photos, logo files. Yours during the work and yours if you walk. I'd rather keep clients because leaving would be a shame than because leaving would be a nightmare.
Prices in public
Every number is on the pricing page, where a competitor can read it. If a price only works when the buyer can't compare it, it isn't a fair price.
No invented proof
No stock-photo testimonials, no borrowed client logos, no made-up statistics. When there are real reviews they'll go here with real names attached.
I'll talk you out of it
If the numbers don't support the spend, I'll say so on the first call. The calculator on this site is built to do the same thing without me in the room.
Terms, plainly
The full version lives in the service agreement you'd sign. This is the same thing in fewer words.
What you own
Your domain, website files, accounts, logins, content, photos and logo files are yours — during the engagement and after it ends. If we part ways I hand over everything and help with the transfer.
Revisions and scope
Included revision rounds are listed with each package. Additional rounds, or changes outside the agreed scope, are billed at $125/hour and always quoted before any work starts.
What I need from you
Timely answers to the intake questionnaire, access to existing accounts, photos if you have them, and approval within 5 business days at each review stage. Projects stall on approvals more than anything else.
The guarantee
If you're not satisfied with the initial design direction, say so before the second revision round and your deposit is refunded in full.
Cancellation
Monthly plans are month to month with 30 days' written notice. No termination fee, no annual contract, no clawback.
Results
I don't guarantee rankings, call volume or revenue, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What I guarantee is the work in the written scope, delivered on the stated timeline.
Start with the free audit.
Twenty minutes on the phone and a written review of your website, Google listing and social presence — what's missing, what it's likely costing you, and what I'd fix first. No charge, no obligation, and the audit is yours to keep whether or not you hire me.
